ex-USSR Kinship Research

A genealogy skill for Claude Code or Codex focused on former-USSR archives (church books, civil, military and repression records). It handles name spellings across languages and historical borders, and marks every claim as a hypothesis, single-source, corroborated or contradicted. It won't look up living people. Instructions are in Russian; it replies in your language.
