🧪 Test-box note: Tested against a local self-hosted n8n 2.43.7 (npx n8n on Node 24, 127.0.0.1:5678, SQLite) with a sandbox owner account created on the box, Instance-level MCP enabled and an API-key access token from that local instance. Fixture workflow 'toolpassed fixture' (Webhook -> Set, replies 'echo: <text>') is published and enabled for MCP. Bridge snippet as in n8n's docs (supergateway --streamableHttp). No n8n Cloud account.
