MCode Stack not working in Claude Code? Fixes

We installed the skill folder at .claude/skills/handoff-doc from github.com/MiniMax-AI/mcode-stack @ 5fb14271 (path stacks/ronny/skills/handoff-doc in the repo).
2. Invoke it by name
We ran it as Claude Code /handoff-doc.
3. Check the skill actually loaded
Skill loaded in our run: yes. How we checked: Claude Code: Skill tool call or a tool call on the skill folder; Cursor: a tool call touching the skill folder.
Errors we observed
