Anatomy not working in Claude Code? Fixes
Failed It failed in our test on Oct 28, 2026. Below is the exact setup we used in Claude Code (2.1.296 (Claude Code)), every error we saw, and what to check, all from our own run log.

1. Install it where Claude Code looks for skills
We installed the skill folder at .claude/skills/anatomy from github.com/wheresryan22/anatomy @ 1482e846 (path . in the repo).
2. Invoke it by name
We ran it as Claude Code /anatomy.
3. Check the skill actually loaded
Skill loaded in our run: yes. How we checked: Claude Code: Skill tool call or a tool call on the skill folder; Cursor: a tool call touching the skill folder.
Errors we observed
